• Observational seven day cohort study
• Basic dataset for all adult non-cardiac surgery 
• Follow-up for critical care admission and clinical outcome 
• Web-site entry of anonymous patient data

EuSOS: Dates

• From 09:00 on 4th April 2011 until 08:59 on 11th April 2011
• End of maximum 60 day follow-up period for patients recruited in cohort week: June 10th 2011
